Situated on Daban Street, Hawary Shar Road, the Kurdistan Engineering Union Building (KEU), is another project Hiwa Rauf for Investment and Development is working on, as a gesture of appreciation towards the KEU for their assistance with HRID projects.
The aim is to deliver the Kurdistan Engineers Union a mixed-use complex.
The project includes the Union club building, accommodating recreational spaces, educational, administration, spa, gym, etc.; a 10-floor office tower and underground parking. The project, still in design stage, is set on a 6,800 sqm greenfield plot. An International consultant group were appointed to design the KEU building.
